There was a time she gave all her art away and stopped being an artist. The deafening silence, no clients, no friends, no identity – Dorothy Fagan disappeared.
In darkness, Dorothy opened her senses to her inner creative world she had never before had access to perceive. Vivid dreams. Sparks of light. The slow, humbling wayfinding through an interior landscape — distinguishing terrain, mapping colours and the healing flow. Flexing faith in what she could feel – before she could touch it.
For fifty years she’s made that journey.
Today she paints the map of emotional waters, tracing how feelings seep into a creative heart to guide us home. Each painting contains symbols, like a dream, interpreted only by the beholder, in mapping her own return.
